Plan an El Paso Bathroom Remodel Without Missing the Hidden Work

Begin with the current room

A polished bathroom picture cannot tell you whether the floor moves, the shower base drains correctly, the exhaust reaches outdoors or the plumbing route can support a new layout. Before choosing finishes, photograph and measure the room. Include every wall, opening, fixture, water shutoff, outlet, light, fan grille and floor transition. Record stains, cracked grout, soft flooring, slow drainage and earlier patches.

The quote should identify the shower base or sloped bed, drain connection, backing surface, membrane or other approved water-management method, seams, corners, penetrations, curb or entry and testing responsibility. It should also explain how the bathing area meets the bathroom floor and surrounding walls.

Start with the exact address rather than the mailing city.
