Information you provide
The project form may collect contact details, property area, project description, timing and attachments you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive records.
How information may be used
Information may be used to review the request, operate the site, prevent misuse, communicate about the project and introduce an independent service provider when appropriate. A provider that receives an introduction controls its own later data handling.
Analytics and technical records
The site uses Cloudflare Pages to host and secure the website, Tally to display and process the project form, and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page use and form completion. These providers process information for their respective hosting, form and measurement roles under their own policies. Analytics is configured without advertising personalization signals.
Retention and requests
Form and operational records are kept only as reasonably needed to review requests, administer referrals, prevent misuse, meet security needs and comply with legal obligations. Provider systems can apply their own retention periods. The site is published by Industry Monitor Pty Ltd (ACN 616 209 799). To request access, correction or deletion without supplying property or project details, email the privacy contact. Some records may need to be retained where law, security or legitimate operational needs apply.
Children and changes
This service is intended for adults planning property work. The notice may be updated as providers or practices change, so check the date and wording of the posted notice whenever you use the site.
